Shipping policy

Who do we ship with?

All orders will be shipped with either Royal Mail or our fully trackable courier service, Parcel Force.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All our items are handmade to order.

Please allow up to 5 -10 working days for our handmade furniture pieces to be dispatched and 3 - 5 working days for our decor pieces.

Note: During busy periods (e.g., sales), please allow up to 3-4 weeks for our handmade furniture pieces to be dispatched and 5-10 working days for our decor pieces.

If you purchase several items, they will all be dispatched together, and therefore the longest delivery time frame is relevant.

The above applies to mainland UK only.

Orders received on Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.

All deliveries within the UK mainland are free of charge on all orders, sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked or Parcel Force 24 Tracked.

EU Shipping - (Temporarily Unavailable)

Each country has its own duties and taxes. This means that when you receive your order, you may have to pay additional fees.

For orders between €10 and €150, you may be charged an import tax and a handling fee.

For orders over €150, you may be charged an import tax, handling fee, and customs charge.

EU Shipping Policy

As a buyer, I understand that I am aware of and responsible for any potential duties, taxes, or customs fees that may arise. Therefore, upon receipt of my order, I may be required to pay additional fees.

Autumn’s Corner Ltd is not responsible for any import duties or additional taxes which may be payable on receipt.

International Shipping - Outside of the EU - (Temporarily Unavailable)

We are working on offering worldwide shipping directly via our website checkout, but in the meantime, if you live outside of the EU, just get in touch with your full address and the items you are interested in ordering. Once we have this information, we can work on getting a quote for shipping.

Delivery T&Cs

Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.

In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination despite correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days for UK deliveries), please contact us via email at Info@AutumnsCorner.com.

Please note there is a 14-day cooling-off period (from the date of postage) before we will act on a lost or missing parcel sent by standard Royal Mail delivery.
