The story behind the business
MEET AUTUMN'S CORNER
"Our business was conceived during maternity leave. We had just started a handmade home furniture business when our firstborn, Autumn, came along. While creating our new product range, we were crafting pieces to meet our daughter's needs and to enhance her space's beauty.
Autumn's play area occupied a corner of our living room, so it was important that the things we created for her fit in with our aesthetic. The children's products on the market were often plastic, garish, and very gendered. Recognizing a gap in the market, our focus shifted, and Autumn's Corner was born.
We wanted to work with solid wood, bringing nature's beauty into kids' spaces. We chose a palette of eco-friendly, gender-neutral, fun paints so customers could customize products to match their own home.
Our family and business have grown over the years. We now offer a delightful range of reading-inspired laser-cut decor, and our bookshelves are the heart of our product range. We are incredibly proud that our products have become a small but meaningful part of reading corners around the world!"
