If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt.

How do I return my item?

We will only accept items that are in perfect, unused condition, in the original packaging.  We reserve the right to inspect products carefully before agreeing to any exchange or return.

 

 

Please follow the below steps to return your item(s):

1. Please email us at: Info@AutumnsCorner.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

2. Wrap up your item in its original packaging.

3. Post your parcel and always keep your proof of postage.

Please post your goods back to us within 7 days of receiving them. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach us. 

PLEASE NOTE: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid any customs fees. Autumns Corner is not responsible for any return custom charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. 

PLEASE NOTE - EXCEPTIONS TO OUR REFUND POLICY

 

We cannot refund special or customised orders (eg Rainbows, where custom colour bows were selected) unless there is a fault with the product. 

 

 

Characteristics in the wood such as grain pattern do not class as a fault, as this is a natural feature of the wood and is individual to each piece.

Due to different screen settings, paint tones may vary from screen to screen.  We cannot accept returns if paint tones appear different in person.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. Your item will then be inspected and if approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow 5 -10 working days for the funds to arrive (bank processing times can vary, so please contact your bank first if it does not arrive within this period). Refunds will be made within 5 working days from the receipt of returned goods.

We will not offer an exchange or accept the return of any products if the item has been used, is not labeled, has undergone some damage, or is not in its original packaging.   So please can we ask that you are careful with the product until you process its return.

Sale items or custom-made items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
